on the lighter side of things, I went to a whiskey tasting this week and learned a bit about how it is made. did you know that if you dab a bit of whiskey on your wrist like perfume, it is easier to smell all the scents inherent in it from the process of making it? each batch of whiskey has its own unique bouquet of aroma.
