I found some fresh cranberries at the local farm stop and couldn't resist bringing some home. No real plan, just cranberries.
So today, I made a sauce of some kind, and it turned out well.
Rather sweet, in fact, likely perfect for crepes, but so far has only made it onto a cream cheese asiago bagel.

I suppose it is not exactly pretty. Very sweet, though, and a great first foray.
Every time I photograph something in my kitchen, I am reminded of how unphotogenic my kitchen actually is. Next place, studio kitchen.
