the fun part is the research consists in part of putting things in chronological order based on recipe books and other writing and literary references. So I will pursue this branch of study, beginning with the Savoy cocktail book, and possibly the book that is all about the old fashioned.
why, you might ask? because culture and society are embedded in it all, it's interesting, and it is FUN.
and I am very tired of boredom.
